Yiim is an independent agency with no hidden connections to hospitals or clinics, making us serve and advise you neutrally. You can be assured that when we suggest you dentists or clinics, it is purely with the understanding that they are best suited for your case

Every request we receive is screened with a medical understanding of your needs and sent to 2-3 specific dentists or clinics that we believe is the best match for your treatment needs. We continually monitor and provide suggestions on the sideline of your communication with clinics, allowing you to view alternative options but never interfering the actual discussion. This deeper involvement is why we define ourselves as a “full service agency” compared to basic referrals services. You can rest assured that we can always provide active alternatives on short notice even to complex treatments.

Additionally, Yiim is linked to dental laboratories that manufacture fake teeth of the highest quality with European export credentials. This allows dentists we refer you to the ability to use our affiliated labs with first priority, allowing to cater for treating cases with short visiting schedules.

Ever think ahead of what you would do if a treatment does go wrong? Whilst we rarely see this, it is something serious for medical tourists to consider. We have a panel of advisory dentists that act on our behalf at the request of customers that have a problem with their treatments. Clinics qualified to our network are committed to providing the best possible service and are open for independent assessment by us if required. This is a unique ability we provide and many times it's the deciding factor in customers choosing us.

Using us will give you opinions and quotes for your treatments from multiple sources. You will receive opinions from at least 2 dentists and/or clinics and quotes from a Grade A clinic and another from a Grade B clinic. We do not offer prices or estimates from clinics that are lower than Grade B for obvious reasons.

We do not charge you any fees or referral commissions whatsoever. We work deeply in the dental industry and our fees are shared to us by the clinics that eventually treat you. Fees quoted through our service will also not be higher than getting quotes directly from clinics so we’re pretty much a free service to our customers. In most cases, comments we get from customers are that they would even be willing to pay a premium for peace of mind and confidence that we will always be there.
